Since 1991 we have been manufacturing and exporting baby toys, building long-standing relationships with a host of internationally renowned brands. We offer both organic and conventional soft toys and organic rubber baby toys. We are to date the only Sri Lankan company engaged in the manufacture of organic soft toys. We are also the first and only company globally to produce organic rubber baby toys.

SUPPLIER ETHICAL DATA EXCHANGE (SEDEX)

BSCI (BUSINESS SOCIAL COMPLIANCE INITIATIVE) CERTIFIED FACTORY
The amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is an industry-driven movement that aims to monitor and assess workplace standards across the global supply chain. There is growing expectation that companies not only ensure their own businesses are responsible, but that their suppliers are also demonstrating social responsibility.
GOTS (GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD) CERTIFIED
GOTS is a textile production certification that limits the use of toxic bleaches, dyes, and other chemical inputs during the production process of textiles. It is internationally recognized as the toughest organic textile standard because it goes far beyond verifying the organic farming process to include every step of manufacturing.
What is GRS - Global Recycled Standard?
This is an international, voluntary standard that sets requirement for third-party certification of recycled input and chain of custody. The shared goal of the standard is to increase the use of recycled materials. The GRS includes additional criteria for social and environmental processing requirements and chemical restrictions.
CONTROL UNION (CU)
Control Union Certifications is one of the largest certifiers of organic produce in the world. DSL Toys is a Control Union certified producer of organic toys (SCOPE Certification Number CU 809381) and undergoes a yearly inspection process to renew this certification. Each shipment of organic toys comes with a 'Transaction Certificate' provided by the Control Union World Group after inspection of the production materials.
GOLS (GLOBAL ORGANIC LATEX STANDARD)
GOLS is the organic certification for latex which is the type of rubber we use in all our bath and teething toys. It is the equivalent to the more well-known GOT's (global organic textile standard) certifications for fabrics. GOLS set the standards for where natural rubber is sourced from and also its onward manufacture. To become GOLS accredited products must meet the following criteria: - Be made of more than 95% certified organic raw material. - Not exceed the allowed limits for emission testing, polymer and filler percentages and harmful substances. - Meet the standards set for rubber plantations processing units and the retailer. GOLS make sure they can trace any latex used by a brand by using transaction certificates which are produced at every stage in the supply chain including the plantation, manufacturer and end retailer.
OCS (ORGANIC CONTENT STANDARD) CERTIFIED
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) is an international, voluntary standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of certified organic input and chain of custody. The goal of the OCS is to increase organic agriculture production.
