Sculpting
Our skilled artisans transform 2D or 3D drawings into hand-sculpted clay prototypes. Working closely with designers, they ensure every detail is captured before molds are created for production.

Rubber Mixing
Natural rubber latex from Sri Lankan plantations is combined with safe, eco-friendly ingredients. This mixture is gently stirred to create a smooth, high-quality latex compound.

Casting
The latex compound is poured into molds and allowed to set for 45–60 minutes. This process shapes the toy’s soft form while retaining its flexibility and safety.

Demolding
Once cured, each mold is carefully opened and the toy is gently removed. The piece is then set aside for quality checks and further finishing.

Polishing
Every toy is inspected by hand and polished with care. This step ensures the surface is soft, smooth, and ready for final detailing.

Spray Painting
Toys are evenly spray-painted with soft, child-safe colors. This base coat adds character while preserving the natural texture of the rubber.

Hand Painting
In the final step, artists hand-paint expressions and accents. This gives each toy its signature personality and one-of-a-kind charm.
