The elephant lovey is darling and we love that it’s made from natural, organic fibers & materials because babies put everything in their mouths! The teether is made of a super soft rubber & sewn in well to the blanket fabric, though the placement makes it hard for a baby to get a good bite on it. It has the cutest jungle design on the underside of the blanket that our little girl loves to look at. It’s easy for her to grab and carry around by the blanket, arms, ears, etc. The fabric is fairly soft and held up pretty well after we washed it upon arrival (on cold, gentle cycle, then hung to dry). However, there is one small area on the back of the elephant’s head (where it connects to the blanket) that seems to have some threads pulling already. Picture attached. Will update with how the toy holds up over time, but overall, we are happy with the lovey.
